Returns Policy


At pharrell's we always aim to provide with the best quality products. If for some possible reason you are not happy with your order we are happy to refund,, exchange or offer you credit towards your online account to be used on another purchase. (Subject to our terms and conditions)

Returning or Exchange an item?

You have 14 days to return your item from the day your receive your item or the day we make our 1st delivery attempt.

To return an item you must first create an account and contact one of your team to process the case. support@pharrells.co.uk

We will need your order number which you would have recieved via email when you first made your purchase. Please allow 24 hours to respond to your returns or exchange request.

After we have received your order number an updated your account we will begin to resolve your case so you can notify us of which item you wish to return and if you require a refund or would like a credit note on your account.

 

Please note:

Items can only be returned to us in their original condition and original brand packaging. Only new, unused and unworn items will be considered for return.

We cannot issue refunds, exchanges or credit notes on items returned to us after 14 days.

Please carefully package your returns well ensuring your items will not be damaged in transit.

For International orders customers are responsible for returns taxes and please make sure you allow enough time to meet to 14 day return period.

Exchanging for something else?

If the size isn’t right or you just want something different then please make sure you notify us sooner rather than later as our stock levels change very quickly.

If what you see is in stock, to save time and ensure you get it while it’s still in stock it may be quicker for you to request a refund and place a new order altogether, we will gladly do this and refund you your original order including postage costs!

Receiving a refund

Once we have received your unwanted items they will go through quality check and we will then email you within 48 hours to confirm your request.

Refunds can only be issued via the original payment made and can take up to 14 days from completion of quality check to be processed. Please note during Sale and at peak times returns can take up to 21 days to process.

We will notify you if there are any damages or issues with your returned items.

Refunds will not include postage fees.

Credit Notes

If you can’t find anything right now we are more than happy to offer you a credit note. 

Credit notes are valid for 7 weeks and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
